1. Orders
- An order becomes final once we confirm it, either by phone or online at grillbox.gr.
- We reserve the right not to accept an order (for example if a product has sold out, the address is outside our delivery area, or the contact details are wrong).
- You must give a valid phone number — without it we cannot complete the delivery.
2. Prices
- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
- Prices on this website may differ from those on third-party platforms (efood, Wolt, BOX).
- We make every effort to be accurate. If a price contains an obvious typo, we will let you know before preparing your order.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within the shop's delivery area.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and how busy we are.
- There is no delivery charge. A minimum order value may apply to delivery (in products, before any discounts) — for every address, and a higher one for addresses further from the shop: if it applies to your address, you will see it at checkout before you complete your order. The price you see at checkout is final.
4. Payment
The accepted payment methods differ between delivery and pickup from the shop. The methods available when you order are shown at checkout and are binding on both parties.
Online payment. When checkout offers online payment (by card or IRIS), you complete it on the secure payment page of Viva (viva.com), an institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. You enter your card details only there: our website does not see them and does not store them.
- Your order is sent to the kitchen as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- If you do not complete the payment within 20 minutes, the order is cancelled at no charge. Until then, instead of paying online, you can choose one of the other methods the shop accepts. If you order with an account, we email you that the order was cancelled, with a link that puts the products back in your basket.
- If an order you have already paid for online is cancelled, the full amount is refunded automatically to the same payment method. When it appears in your account depends on your bank — usually a few working days.
- The in-store tablets may also offer payment from your phone: you scan a QR code and pay by card or IRIS on the same Viva page. The order goes to the kitchen once the payment is confirmed. If you do not open the payment page within 10 minutes (or do not complete the payment within 20 minutes after opening it), the order is cancelled at no charge. You can always choose to pay at the counter instead. Refunds work as described above.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel by phone on +30 2310 815 678, as long as we have not started preparing your order. Because our food is fresh and made to order, it cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. If you paid online, the refund is made automatically (see section 4).
6. Allergens & nutrition information
Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have an allergy, please call us before you order.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, photos, logo) belongs to Grillbox and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
We make every effort to keep the website working properly and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Greek law.
9. Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction. For consumer disputes you can also contact an alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman. You will find all EU bodies in the European Commission's list.
